SUMMARY:

Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Sage Intacct applications specifically designed for the construction sector. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee engaging projects and provide expert advisory support for Sage Intacct, along with related software, both remotely and at client locations. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring compatibility with third-party applications, implementing software solutions, migrating client data, and delivering impactful training sessions. As a key resource for our clients, you will effectively address inquiries, resolve technical issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Offer specialized expertise and support for Sage Intacct software tailored to the construction industry, troubleshoot issues, and recommend necessary modifications.
• Successfully plan and execute software implementations and training sessions, verifying application compatibility with diverse third-party products.
• Design efficient data import/export processes and create custom reports using various Intacct reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to showcase product features that meet prospective clients' business needs and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics while handling other related tasks as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• None.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Sage Intacct Implementer Certification and relevant construction software certifications are required.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and a good understanding of SaaS environments.

Other skills required:
• Extensive background in construction accounting and project costing.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Skills in assessing and clearly documenting client requirements.
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Aptitude for training users at all levels in various environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
