We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Lead & Initiate all Automation work in IAM CARI in collaboration with IAM Technology Team
Work as Quality Assurance Manager for Application feeds Onboarded to centralized IAM solution GIAM, ACAT & AMRP
Directly collaborating with internal audit & external Audit PwC to present audit evidences of QA GIAM Process
Managing & Operating ACAT QA System to ensure all quality assurance work throughout the year
Directly collaborating and supporting on the queries from CIO Reps, BO, ITSO in different GB/GF
Work as Application owner for all Access Recertification strategic tool like GIAM, AMRP & Sailpoint
Responsible as Solution Architect to ensure effectiveness of IAM Access Recertification Process and Tools
Collaborate with IAM CARI members, IAM Technology & IAM Service Delivery
Leading remediation activities of IAM Access recertification and raising MSII in collaboration with IAM CARI Risk team
Lead IAM developers and IAM Analysts for developing & managing Process and Tools
Manage the inclusion/exclusion of systems in periodic reviews as part of the certification campaign as per Access Management guidelines.
Facilitate and manage the various types of certifications end to end, monitoring and tracking progress, addressing queries and following up outstanding reviews to seek to achieve 100% completion rates.
Serve as a global point of contact providing advice for the business and application teams on all Access Management functional and non-functional requirements to ensure compliance with policies.
Effectively communicate status on key deliverables.
Research, evaluate and identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities to maintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation.
Support Identity & Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Identify potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.
Provide SME guidance on Cybersecurity IAM to all GB/GF.
Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Support the IAM Access Governance Operations teams as lead on all aspects relating to Periodic recertification, Transfers and Segregation of duties.
Act as a single point of contact for Periodic recertification and transfers reviews queries received from various stake holders.
Schedule Periodic and transfers reviews in collaboration with the IAM Technology team and communicate the schedule to all relevant stake holders as appropriate.
Liaise with other teams within IAM CARI team in relation to Periodic recertification and transfers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Strong knowledge & Work Experience on Cybersecurity, Identity & Access management and IDAM Controls & Risk management Process
Strong knowledge of IAM Access governance Tools and Process
Must be able to Lead the IAM Process and initiatives independently with very minimum support
Prior Experience in Cyber Controls & Risk management desirable
Experience in developing KCI, KRI and other Cyber metrics desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills with prior experience of adapting style and approach to the All lines of defense and senior stakeholders in different GB/GF
Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Visio, Powerpoint, Excel & Word required
Prior Experience in developing Cybersecurity controls, Process & governance documents
Ability to work in a diverse global environment with a positive, goal-orientated approach.
Self-sufficient and strong motivation within the context of the role and scope.
Confident to work independently and take responsibility for own progress and development.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multitasking environment
Experience in developing and managing IDAM Controls & processes desired.
Professional certifications in Information Security desirable (CISSP /CISM /CRISC).
