• Learning & Development Administration
• Creating learning and tracking attendance in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
• Running regular checks for new joiners, training completion status and staff changes.
• Maintaining up to date training information on the company’s internal sites
• Helping facilitate live training sessions either via Zoom or in person
• Supporting requests for training data (attendance/evaluations) as needed
• Ability to independently design on e-learning platforms from content provided
What we’re looking for
• 2-3 years of total relevant work experience
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Articulate and Captivate;
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, resources and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and websites that are relevant to the responsibilities of this role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Zoom to support virtual learning sessions
• Experience of working in an environment supporting Learning & Development and/or Compliance an advantage.
• Experience of using an LMS (Learning Management System) an advantage.
