About You:
To be successful for this Senior Content Editor role, you must have the following:
At least +5 years’ experience in producing engaging communications content and copy for a range of mediums, channels, platforms and writing styles.
Previous experience working in partnership with subject matter experts on all facets of the content development timeline process.
Creative professional who can manage the entire creative content process from concept to completion.
Highly competent and experienced in leading collaborative decision making to deliver integrated media solutions.
A passion for surpassing expectations and delivering a surprising and delightful result to all stakeholders.
Financial services, mortgage broker or home loans content writing experience highly advantageous
Possess a high degree of organisational maturity, a talent for working collaboratively in a matrix-responsibility environment and excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, and as a key part of the Infinity Group marketing team, this critical Senior Content Editor role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Curating, editing, and producing market leading content to support Infinity Group activities.
Develop with Infinity Group subject matter experts, engaging, and correct communication content for a range of purposes, mediums, and channels (including editorial features, case studies, website, social media, guides, presentations, collateral, marketing, newsletters, product scenarios and e-DMs)
Working closely with Sales, Operations, EXCO, HR, I.T teams, adhering strictly to brand guidelines, and approval processes.
Produce Infinity content assets for our teams, to deliver a consistent, professional, high quality content channel experience for all our stakeholders.
Oversee Infinity’s content channels strategy processes, delivering and curating content for distribution salespeople, marketing, and the broader business.
Create and develop Infinity Group’s Message Bible and Tone of Voice Guide
Evaluating and creating content in response to urgent communication requests.
Analysing the engagement and target performance of Infinity Group content work across channels.
Building and maintaining strong relationships across our teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience (desirable but not mandatory)
Experience in the Marketing and Communications industry; extensive editorial experience essential.
Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Professional working knowledge of digital media, web content, storyboarding and scripting.
Ability to develop innovative and creative in-house content for multiple communication mediums.
A passion for business, innovation, and a willingness to constantly challenge the status quo.
Excellent project management skills, able to manage numerous projects on multiple channels simultaneously.
Knowledge of multi-channel content strategy.
Knowledge of the finance industry highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
