We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and sophisticated content across various mediums, including website, social media, emails, and more. Your ability to create captivating content that resonates with our target audience, coupled with your exceptional writing skills, will be vital in enhancing our brand's visibility and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging B2B content: Create compelling and informative content that aligns with our brand voice, industry standards, and target audience preferences.
• Content calendar management: Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of content across different platforms while considering seasonal trends, industry events, and our business goals.
• Multi-format content creation: Craft well-researched and captivating content in various formats, including blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, video scripts, etc.
• SEO optimization: Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.
• Content analytics and reporting: Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms. Provide actionable insights to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.
• Collaboration and research: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conduct research, and ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and B2B best practices to enhance content strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
• Experience: Graduates with minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B setting. Alternatively, an MBA graduate with 6 months of relevant experience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills: Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and language conventions, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Versatility in content creation: Proven ability to create engaging content across different formats, such as blogs, social media, website, and video scripts, while adhering to brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Content strategy and planning: Experience in developing content strategies, managing content calendars, and aligning content with business objectives.
• Data-driven mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
• B2B writing experience (preferred but not mandatory): Understanding of B2B marketing principles, target audience segmentation, and the ability to adapt writing style accordingly.
• Adaptability and teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail: Meticulousness in proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Creative thinking: Ability to think outside the box, bring fresh ideas to the table, and develop innovative content strategies to engage B2B audiences effectively
