Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:Produce well-researched, engaging, and original content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, emails, and website copy.
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
Audience-Centric Approach:Understand our target audience, their needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor content to resonate with them.
Create content that educates, informs, and entertains while maintaining our brand voice and tone.
SEO Optimization:Incorporate relevant keywords and follow SEO best practices to ensure content is search engine-friendly.
Monitor and analyze content performance using SEO tools, making data-driven adjustments when necessary.
Editing and Proofreading:Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy.
Ensure all content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.
Content Strategy Support:Collaborate with the content team to help develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals.
Assist in creating content calendars and maintaining content schedules.
Content Distribution:Work with the marketing team to distribute content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Promote content effectively to maximize reach and engagement.
Continuous Learning:Stay updated with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in content writing.
Continuously improve writing skills and adapt to evolving content demands.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter, with a portfolio of published work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for a broader audience.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
