ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll work with the Marketing Head and the in-house content team to build out a memorable brand presence across online and offline platforms. This is in line with the overall business and brand objectives in our home as also other geographies.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking performance of content across media
Working with creative lead to meet goals as defined with respect to engagement and growth of content dissemination
Guiding junior team members in achieving their goals (3-4 thought leadership pieces/month + social media posts)
Produce well-researched content for publishing online and in print
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Communicate and cooperate with the marketing & branding team,including other writers, social media manager, designers
Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
