Key Responsibilities:
• Write clear, concise, and compelling content for websites, blogs, product documentation, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and designers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to inform content strategy.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
• Maintain and update existing content based on product updates and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a tech or software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, programming languages).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with tools like Git, Markdown, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other programming languages.
• Experience creating video scripts or multimedia content is a plus
