This role requires strategic thinking, excellent writing capabilities, and the ability to lead content initiatives across multiple digital channels.
We are looking for individuals who can take ownership, uphold brand voice, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable content outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end content development and execution for brand communication.
Oversee content planning for website, blogs, product descriptions, campaigns, and social media.
Guide and mentor the content team to maintain accuracy, quality, and creativity.
Collaborate closely with design, SEO, marketing, and campaign teams.
Create SEO-focused content to increase audience engagement and conversions.
Maintain brand language consistency and elevate narrative positioning.
Review, edit, proofread, and optimize all content delivered by internal and external teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must have proven experience in the skincare/beauty/cosmetics industry.
Strong command in written communication, editing, and storytelling.
Ability to manage workflows, timelines, and creative outcomes under pressure.
Excellent analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership qualities.
Should be available to join immediately or within 7 days—mandatory.
