Qualifications

• Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in a similar role as a Content Writer
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Experience in the CRM software industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
