Senior Content Writer

Holistique Beauty Pvt. Ltd., a renowned international skin care business specializing in brands like The Face Shop, Belif, DHC, and Sixam Glow, is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content across various platforms to promote our brands and products. Your primary focus will be on developing written materials that effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and stories of our skin care products. Your creative flair, exceptional writing skills, and passion for the beauty industry will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Create compelling and persuasive written content for various channels, including website pages, product descriptions, blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, develop informative and engaging content that educates customers about the benefits, ingredients, and usage of our skin care products, craft storytelling narratives to showcase the unique brand values and customer experiences associated with each brand (The Face Shop, Belif, DHC, and Sixam Glow), adapt writing style and tone to align with brand guidelines, target audience, and communication objectives.

Brand Messaging:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine and enhance brand messaging across all communication touchpoints, ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the skin care industry, translate complex scientific information into accessible and engaging content for a non-technical audience.

SEO Optimization:

Implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the visibility and ranking of our content, conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords strategically into content to improve organic search performance, write meta descriptions, title tags, and other SEO elements to optimize content for search engines.

Content Editing and Proofreading:

Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistency, ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and industry-specific standards, collaborate with the Design team to ensure text and visual elements complement each other effectively.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Design, to gather information and insights necessary for content creation, coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers for content-related projects when required, participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and creative concepts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Literature, preferably B.A. in Literature.
• Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, preferably in the beauty or skin care industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
• Proficiency in conducting research and synthesizing information from reliable sources.
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and the ability to create engaging narratives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for the beauty and skin care industry, with a good understanding of market trends
