Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and communicating with the target audience. They will also work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
• Create engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor social media channels for customer comments, messages, and reviews.
• Foster positive relationships with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Implement strategies to increase engagement and build brand loyalty.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics.
• Prepare insightful reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign progress.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Use project management applications like Asana to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, designers) to ensure timely delivery of assets and cohesive campaign execution.
• Apply SEO best practices to social media content and profiles to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content based on SEO insights and trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a focus on managing US clients.
• Demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in implementing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and client communications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
