Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage a team of content writers to create and draft content for Healthmug's content properties such as blogs, website or app, and social media.
• Work and collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development divisions to create new and insightful content.
• Create engaging copywriting for recurring communications like email, push notifications, SMS, etc.
• Take ownership of the entire content marketing initiatives from a data-driven perspective – and, propose new experiments, organic campaigns, or channels to increase customer engagement.
• Follow and implement best practices for content optimization such as finding and using relevant keywords for SEO or SEM, etc.
• Write content for all customer communication within the brand and channel guidelines.
• Contribute to content & communication strategies.
• Plan and execute the monthly content calendar.
• Understand and adapt to the “Tone” of the organization and modify existing or new content as per the same.
Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelors’s Degree. Anything higher will be a plus. Specializing in English, Mass Communication or Journalism will be a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience working with a startup or creative agency in content
• Experience in drafting content for various long and short formats
• Portfolio showcasing prior work (including blogs, stories, social media content, website/app products)
• Writing & editing SEO product descriptions, blogs, newsletter content, and articles and Experience with hashtags keyword and SEO research
• Up to date with recent trends and social media
• Dedication to learning, adapting & growing with changing business needs
