Content and Curriculum Writer (Education) We at SkillArbitrage are looking for Senior Content and Curriculum Writers and Editors. Location- Remote (Permanent WFH) Work days- 5 days (Sunday working) PLEASE NOTE: Our timings are from 12 noon till 10 pm. Job Overview: We are hiring Senior Content Writer & Editor for our non-legal courses. This position demands a strategic leader with substantial experience in content development and editing, as well as a solid understanding of audience interaction and content strategy. Budget: up to 70,000 INR/month Job Responsibilities: ● Help students learn better, manage their learning outcomes, encourage them to go for their biggest goals. ● Manage NPS of the course allocated to you. ● Develop and implement content flow, strategy and analytics. ● Review, edit and proofread content to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to style guides. ● Help us improve our courses with ideas, contents and new pedagogy. ● Lead and manage the editorial team. Background: 1. A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related profession. Advanced degrees are recommended. 2. 7+ years of editorial experience, including at least three years in a senior or leadership position. 3. Excellent editing, proofreading, and content generation skills. 4. Excellent organizational and project management skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to collaborate across many teams. 6. A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to upholding strong editing standards Requirements: 1. Minimum 7+ years of experience. 2. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Forms. 3. Access to personal laptop and internet connection.
