Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with the development, performance, and processing of agency contracts, including fee-for-service agreements, commercialisation licenses, intellectual property management agreements, confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, material transfer agreements, and other related contracts.
This role contributes to delivering agency-wide contract management activities aligned with the department's strategic direction while ensuring compliance with the agency's contract management framework, policy, and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing expert advice and support to PIRSA officers on contract management
Assisting with the development, performance, and processing of agency contracts
Contributing to delivering agency-wide contract management activities aligned with the department's strategic direction
Ensuring compliance with the agency's contract management framework, policy, and guidelines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current driver's license and willingness to drive
Australian residency or current works permit
Ability to work out-of-hours and travel interstate
Emergency management training and participation in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities
Possession of a Certificate in Contract Management or equivalent experience
