Qualifications
You have strong background in automation systems for main market brands (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Cognex, Fanuc)
Your deep knowledge in automation systems shall be not limited in PLCs programming, but also HMIs development, SCADA systems, Vision systems, motion control and robotic systems (4 and 5 axis)
You have deep expertise with industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, serial protocols) for designing, commissioning, and troubleshooting in highly dense industrial network environments
You have adept knowledge in IT environments and strong computer skills
You will be responsible to design, upgrade, monitor and maintain critical IT assets (Servers, virtual machines, network devices, computers)
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (i.e
Electrical and Software disciplines)
Minimum of five years relevant experience in Automation/control roles, with at least one year of experience in team leadership roles
Effective communicator and excellent attention to detail
Willing to travel up to 10%

Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international or national deployment, is expected as part of automation projects validation
You have very good presentation and mentoring skills; therefore, you’ll be providing training to skilled trades, production and engineering staff in the setup, use, and maintenance of manufacturing assembly systems
