The Position: Senior Conveyancer
The Package: £40,000 to £50,000 (Bonus Scheme / Benefits)
Location : South East London (Bromley or Bexley Heath)
Working Arrangements: Hybrid

We're excited to be working with a leading law firm based across South East London & Surrey, this amazing firm has five different locations and a legal staff force of over 150 employees, making it a leading firm in its area!
The Position
You will be reporting directly to the CEO you will be entrusted with building the shape of their conveyancing team at one of their locations in the Soth East, the right candidate can be working on a hybrid basis from either the Bromley or Bexley Heath offices. For the right candidate, this role will put you on the fast track to team management within the firm.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years PQE, You will have previous experience of handling your caseload and be comfortable working with both regulated and non-regulated colleagues. As a conveyancing professional, you will be used to handling both freehold and leasehold transactions and remortgage.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, professional advice on conveyancing matters.
• Transaction Management: Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, title documents, and other legal paperwork using our case management systems.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the property transaction.
• Case Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case progress using our case management system.
