Job Description

This is a full-time permanent role, working +am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home 1 to 2 days per week.
As a Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be part of a well-established multi-office Oxfordshire/Warwickshire law firm.
You will be responsible for managing a residential conveyancing caseload, providing expert conveyancing advice, and marketing the firm's services.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing contracts and other property-related documents.
Reviewing searches and Land Registry applications.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Providing training and support to junior members of the conveyancing team.
What You Need

Fully qualified status (solicitor, FCILEx or CLC).
Previous conveyancing fee-earning experience (around 4 years'+ PQE).
The ability to work autonomously, without supervision.
The ability to manage and support a small team.
A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
