Roles And Responsibilities
• Handling new export inquiries & maintaining its record.
• Welcoming International Guests Aboard, Presenting company profile, plant round and product showcasing.
• Communicating and hosting new clients & also hosting existing export clients as well as trainee's batch coming for training.
• Managing & Record keeping of IB Dealer's Files (Agreements/Communication/documents) MoMs of the client visits etc.
• Generating Proforma Invoices by coordinating with Accounts Dept.
• Coordinating with IB Dealers/BDMs on receiving new orders i.e. from PI to final documents communication & updating on the dispatched orders i.e. tracking cargo.
• Coordinating with PPC & Plant on the execution of the orders i.e. from order generation to dispatches
• Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for billing & dispatch of orders i.e. alignment of finished orders dispatched from the factory by bridging the coordination between PPC & Accounts Dept.
• Compiling & floating Vehicle MIS & SIAM...
