Creative Responsibilities
On any given day you might:
• Provide creative direction and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.

• Ensure all content aligns with the clients brand voice, style, and messaging objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling copy ideas that engage audiences.
Client Collaboration
• Work closely with clients and account managers to understand their goals, target audience, and requirements.
• Present and explain copy concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and revisions as needed.
Research And Market Analysis
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors content strategies.
• Use insights to create content that stands out and drives results.
Proofreading And Editing
• Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency.
• Ensure all content is errorfree and adheres to brand guidelines.
Project Management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering highquality work.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to bring content concepts to life.
Creative Leadership
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior copywriters.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the creative team
Trends And Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and design.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance creative capabilities and offerings.
Social Media Expertise
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with the social media team to integrate creative strategies seamlessly into social media campaigns.
Leverage your knowledge of social media platforms for storytelling and content creation
Reels And Video Content
Conceptualize and oversee shortform video content, including reels and TikToks.
Oversee the production of video content, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and creative excellence.
Optimize video content for various social media platforms, considering platformspecific guidelines and trends.
The ideal person will
• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency or creative media agency, with 3 years of experience as a senior copywriter.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in using industrystandard software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms.
• Experience with video scriptwriting.
You Bring
Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, copywriting, or a related field Masters degree preferred.
3 years of experience within an advertising agency or a similar creative environment
