Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter—not a content writer, SEO writer, or website content provider. This is a creative leadership role requiring someone with a deep understanding of brand thinking, advertising communication, and concept-driven copywriting.
If your expertise is primarily blog writing, SEO articles, or general website content writing—this position is not suitable. We are specifically seeking brand thinkers and conceptual writers who can develop creative campaigns, headlines, brand stories, and impactful communication pieces for advertising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling brand narratives, advertising campaigns, taglines, and marketing communication across print, digital, films, and social media.
Conceptualize ideas in partnership with the art and design teams for 360° brand campaigns.
Write copy for branding, advertising, campaign launches, product stories, social media ideas, video scripts, and brand messaging.
Maintain consistency in brand tone of voice while developing original, engaging content.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas internally, and present creative solutions to clients.
Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Collaborate with the strategy, design, and marketing teams to align creative output with business objectives.
Conduct content research to ensure messaging is aligned with audience needs and market trends.
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and brand alignment.
Present copy concepts and content strategies confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in brand communication, advertising agencies, or creative studios.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio of advertising campaigns, brand concepts, taglines, and scripts is mandatory.
Ability to think in big ideas and articulate them clearly in writing.
Excellent command over English, sharp thinking, and creativity.
Experience writing for multiple formats—digital, print, social media, video scripts.
Comfortable presenting to clients and defending creative ideas.
Knowledge of branding, marketing strategy, and campaign development.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience working with national or global brands.
Prior work in branding projects, advertising campaigns, or integrated marketing communications.
Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation (optional, but preferred).
Passion for branding and creative communication.
