• Managing a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Officers
• Responsible to achieve budgets for bank products (liabilities & Assets) and Third Party Products (TPP).
• Responsible for the Relationship Value of the book managed by the unit & also for all round growth of each team member.
• Planning and executing special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
Job Requirement:
• Strong Acumen and focus on Service
• Should be focussed on Service; Relationship Management and Investments
• Good communication oral and written Skills
• Understanding of Cross Products
• To Adhere KYC / Quality and Audit laid down norms as per company policy
• Graduation, 4/6 years of experience in Service or relationship management is preferred
• Team handling / Man Management experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience in book management & understanding business MIS.
• Good understanding of Banking products (Liabilities & Assets), investment products & financial markets
