Job Description
Cost management lead for large programme of retail works across Australia
Successful applicant will be the key point of contact for our end user client, working closely with the client, and our internal team to drive value and cost certainty across the programme.
Leading our cost management service to large client
Responsible for financial management of commissions
Responsible for excellent client care
Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality in a fast paced environment
Responsible for training junior staff
Assisting in business generation
Qualifications
Experience as a cost manager and senior cost manager
Experience in pre contract and post contract deliverables
MRICS or MAIQS preferred
Experience in retail is preferred but not essential
