Job Description
Full cost management service pre to post contract
Estimating across sectors noted above
Report preparation
Meeting management
Client facing
Commission management
Line management and mentorship
Qualifications
Minimum requirement is a Degree in Construction.
Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognised body is preferable.
7+ years cost management/estimating experience, preferably in a private practice or construction organization on real estate roles.
Business development experience, particularly in the context of identifying opportunities with existing clients.
Possess the personality that is capable of determining needs for the business and gain support of the Directors.
To work within the wider real estate team supporting multiple clients and project directors.
