We are working as recruitment solutions partner for a reputed client (Frenkinn) and currently looking for SENIOR COUNSELLOR in Educational institutes pertaining Aviation Industry for Patna/Jaipur location.
Please find below the job description of the above mentioned position:-
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of Hardcore Sales Experience out of which 4 years in Education Counselling or Hardcore sales
Responsibilities And Mandatory Skills
• Providing educational career advice, educational support and counselling of students
• Helps students build a career of their choice and aspirations
• Ability to provide information clearly and effectively
• Should have excellent communication skills with good English speaking, interpersonal skills and counselling skills
• Generating walk-ins from leads, social media, networking and referrals.
• Excellent customer service, sales skills and meeting sales target
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
Gender : F emale
Work Type : WFO
Job time : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Educational Qualification : Graduation/ Post Graduation in any stream
Salary : Negotiable , as per interview performance, working experience, education, current CTC and knowledge skills
