Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual designs that meet project requirements and business objectives.

Develop and implement design concepts for websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, and other digital and print media.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.

Produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.

Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all platforms and touchpoints.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow their design skills.

Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, as needed to complete design projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant software.

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
