Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior creative Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets that will be used in our online marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and design creative marketing assets such as display ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and ensure that all design deliverables align with marketing objectives.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies to ensure that all marketing materials are modern, engaging, and effective.
• Ensure that all design materials are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketers, to ensure that design and messaging are aligned.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative design solutions to marketing challenges.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
