Job description, work day and responsibilities

Minimum Experience Required: 3 - 4 Years

- Should be an expert in handling mainstream tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & its techniques.

- Should be able to hold accountability and work independently to meet the agency’s design deliverables deadlines.

- Should have a strong passion for working on new design trends, coming up with multiple new design concepts on a daily basis, help the brands to elevate their visual identity.

- Should be able to work for multiple design requirements & should know the nuances of each platform - Social media designs, Advertisement designs, Logos, Branding materials, Offline hoardings, Newspaper Ads, Posters & Illustrations.

- Should have strong sketching skills, should be able to use Wacom pad to design visualised characters & use tools like ProCreate for custom illustrations.

- Should be able to design at least 6-8 social media posts everyday which includes carousels, statics & advertisements.

- Should be able to train the juniors on design trends & approaching complicated designs.

- Should be able to set moodboards / design templates & themes for every individual brand by understanding the concept/vision of the brand.

- Should work closely with the team on understanding campaign briefs, visual ideas & suggest/curate own visual ideas to push the limits of the team
