Job Purpose
• Assist in Preparing Industry Credit Reviews for countries within FID portfolio.
• Writing Credit Proposal and financial statement analysis Maintain credit presentation standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that ICR and CPs are properly presented and include all relevant information.
Key Result Areas
• Maintain credit controls in line with the bank's credit policy and local regulatory directives in order to attain a satisfactory risk rating.
• Ensure timely submission of Industry Credit Review and CPs across the Group.
• Review to approve or recommend for higher level of approval, the credit proposals received from branches I units to ensure that all relevant risks are adequately analyzed.
• Coordinate with internal customers to ensure that all up-to-date relevant information is obtained to conduct a proper evaluation.
• Review, check and assign where applicable the appropriate risk rating to each credit processed and initiate the change in the rating as the case may be to reflect the true and fair condition of the customer.
• Analyze and incorporate the procured information in the credit/marketing presentations.
• Ensure consistent presentation standards.
• Work with the respective RMs/SRMs and Business Support and ensure quality end product.
• Work with the respective RMs/SRMs to contribute in the creation and renewal of CPs and on reducing the turnaround time.
• Produce all routine and management reports and data related to limits, exposure and allocations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• The job holder should be a University Graduate with a minimum Banking experience of 4 to 7 years in Credit analysis & Lending.
• Credit analysis financial institutions and writing credit proposal, Financial statement analysis
• Should possess thorough awareness of various financial products & services.
• Should have good analytical skills to analyze Banking Industry and analyze individual Bank's capital, asset quality, profitability and liquidity.
• Should be able to understand ALM (Asset Liability Management)
• Should be able to understand Financial
