Required Skills & Responsibilities-
Technical Skills
• D365 Platform Knowledge:
• Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales Module)
• Familiarity with D365 customization and configuration capabilities.
• System Administration:
• User management, security roles, and permissions.
• Data management, including data import/export and data integrity practices.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience in Azure DevOps and ALM tools, setting up CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with D365 SDK, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),
• Knowledge of programming languages used in D365 customization (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
• Understanding of Web Services, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of Terraform
Application Support Skillset
• Excellent Experience in Architecture and design elements of Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales modules
• Excellent experience in providing production support of Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales modules based applications covering various aspects of ITSM processes
• Experience in setting up the Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales environments with integration to Azure Entra ID
• Experience to setup and utilize Microsoft Power platform CoE toolkit
• Experience of managing D365 CRM application in operations – with handling tickets
• Support fellow engineers to provide guidance and support to resolve issues and encourage to adopt development/ automation best practices
