Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and project fit.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Provide project information, pricing details, and features to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance brand trust.
• Support marketing initiatives such as event coordination, site visits, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify potential opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing customer queries and grievances effectively. The Senior Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.
Qualifications
• Customer relationship management and client servicing experience
