Job Description:
Handling calls of US customer to resolve their queries.
Any Under Graduate or Graduation.
Experienced candidate should have relevant at least 1 year of experience in customer handling International voice process only.
Selling or Up-selling Experience
Excellent Voice Communication skills (English) Only
Candidate should be Flexible for rotational shift/ Night shifts
5 days working per week
Both side transportation will be provided while working from office
