Hiring for a leading a global producer, marketer, and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Role: Sr. Manager – Customer Service

Location: Pune

Experience: + - 11 Years in Customer Service

Mandatory skill requirement:

1. Hands on SAP Hana 3 (Exp Min 5 Years)

2. Excellent communication

3. Internal stakeholder management

4. Entering order on SAP

Broad Responsibilities are as mentioned below.

1. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

2. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to customer service and order management metrics.

3. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.

4. Escalation Management: Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other responsibilities delegated by your supervisor.
