Job Description
You will provide customers with excellent sales service and maintain Branch Performance Standards. Provide a support role focusing specifically on water, wastewater, and gas (pressure systems) customers. Working in cooperation with the Water Team and the Branch Network to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
Be the ‘go-to' Watermain specialist person in the branch with a focus on developing customer relationships and building customer confidence through product knowledge and benefits.
Ensure other members of the Branch Team are familiar with the unique requirements of handling Water products
Complete administration tasks required to meet Branch Performance Standards, including taking responsibility for correct invoicing, inventory receipting, and credits.
Ensure all areas of the Branch, including the presentation and maintenance, is of a high level as per the Branch Appearance Standards.
Build and maintain internal relationships with procurement and demand management teams.

Excellent Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship with both internal and external customers, and that all customers’ needs are met. Previous front-line / front-counter customer service experience
Commercial Acumen: To understand the value of our package, products, and solutions.
Full Driver’s Licence
A Forklift license (F endorsement) is advantageous
