You will drive engagement with customers at key points in the customer journey to get them onboarded and adopted on our products. Desired experience: 3 -7 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role at a software company, preferably in the B2B SaaS space Highly efficient in ‘orchestration & forecasting’ - manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously (like a program manager) Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Good technical aptitude Preferable to have experience working with the US/EU market Flexible to work in shifts What will you do?
