Rio Moving' is a moving and delivery service company across the United States. We provide the most innovative way to move household goods across towns in a secure & affordable way guaranteed.
Looking for a senior customer support executive to manage inbound customer calls and enquiries for moving services along with coordination with multiple crews via email, text messages and calls for USA moving and delivery business.
Shift timings : US Shift. Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 07 : 00 PM to 07 : 00 AM (+ hrs predefined shift)
Working days : 6 days a week and Sunday fixed off.
Location : Panjim, Goa
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent Communication skills
• Immediate Joinee
• Edu - Graduation / HSC
• Basic knowledge of US geography
• Understanding of US accent
• Should be well-versed in Word & Excel
