Role Responsibilities
Business
• Considering various available tech stack provide right solution to solve business problem.
• Ensure all business requirement are documented as per agreed standard with sign offs.
• Ensure projects are delivered as per requirements and agreed timelines.
• Interact with the process team to understand the requirement.
Regulatory and Business Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer / Data Science, technical or related experience.
• 10 -15 years of experience.
• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
• Develop and implement database, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes developing, fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.
• Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation technique.
• Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and attend project meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Technical skills include hands on database languages such as SQL, R, or Python, Java, C+, VBA; data visualization software Tableau, MicroStrategy.
• Create websites and web pages for making workflow easy using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS
• Mathematical and statistical skills to help gather, develop, measure, organize, and analyse data
• Python expertise to automate the VDI services such as creation, deletion and other workflows
• Hands on preferred - Selenium, Dataiku, Tableau (Expertise), Django
• Restful APIs using NodeJs, Django, PostgreSQL
• Excellent MS Excel and Power point skills
• UI / UX and web designing knowledge
