We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for reviewing and crunching large data sets to extract meaningful insights. Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Utilise BI tools such as Metabase, Redash, Tableau, and Power BI to visualise data and create reports.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, queries, and processes.
• Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs.
• Design and build financial models, as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Data Analyst role or similar.
• Expertise in SQL and other analytics tools.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with large data sets.
• Familiarity with any one of the BI tools like Metabase, Redash, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Financial experience with a CA/CFA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in financial modelling is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of database architecture and design is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
