Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the data analytics team, ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting.
· Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
· Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytics processes.
· Implement and optimize data models, forecasting methods, and predictive analytics.
· Mentor and guide team members to enhance analytical skills and professional development.
· Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
· Excellent communication, comprehension, and presentation skills are mandatory.
· Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
· Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database systems.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
