Job Description:
•5+ years of Hands-on experience in SQL and ETL Testing.
•Good at writing complex SQL queries.
•Design, develop, automate, monitor, and maintain data quality assurance processes that transfer data to and from internal and external locations.
•Ensure data integrity as data flows into our systems and into our data warehouse.
•Rational mindset on how the data should be presented on Frontend report and level of frontend manual testing experience as required.
•Follow the defined testing standards and procedures for testing projects.
•Experience on creating Test Scenarios & Test Case Preparation, Test Execution, Defects & status reporting.
•Provide status updates to TL/ PM as required and data for Metrics collection.
•Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure complete delivery of solutions.
•Participate as a team member and foster teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
The candidate must have:
•Experienced in Data Warehousing Projects with good knowledge of ETL testing.
•Experienced in testing big data solutions and involved in Data Validation and Data Monitoring.
•Good knowledge of Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL.
•Strong data handling skills on SQL, RDBMS, NO SQL Databases and DW concepts.
•Experienced in validating Reports/Dashboard on tools like Tableau, MS Power BI etc.
•Developing and implementing test plans and scripts for various data quality processes.
•Understanding of data warehouse approaches, industry standards and industry best practices.
•Good to have knowledge of AWS glue, S3, Amazon Redshift, Scala Library unit testing, SQL Unit Testing.
•Experience in testing the reports in Frontend and knowledge in APIs.
•Should have knowledge of working with Test management tools like Jira.
•Experience in Agile model
