Senior Data Quality Engineer
📍 Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
💰 $150,000 – $170,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a leading enterprise organisation looking to bring in a Senior Data Quality Engineer to own and elevate data quality across large-scale data platforms.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and build automated data quality frameworks that ensure business-critical data is accurate, reliable, and production-ready at all times.

🚀 What you’ll be doing
• Designing and implementing automated data quality rules, checks, and controls across batch and real-time pipelines
• Defining and operationalising data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, etc.)
• Building data quality scorecards, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks
• Performing data profiling and assessments on new and existing datasets
• Creating scalable validation frameworks for structured, semi-structured, and streaming data
• Integrating data quality into CI/CD pipelines and orchestration workflows
• Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data meets business expectations
🧠 What we’re looking for
• 8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Quality Engineering
• Proven experience building automated data quality solutions at scale
• Strong SQL skills + proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of modern data pipelines (batch & real-time)
• Experience defining data quality frameworks, rules, and governance standards
➕ Nice to have
• Experience with Airflow, Data Factory, dbt, or similar orchestration tools
• Exposure to streaming data environments
• Experience working in large enterprise / regulated environments
