About The Role—
Primarily focused on
• Build ML/AI models leveraging a strong understanding of Machine Learning principles including algorithms for Regression and Classification, Deep Learning and AI, NLP/NLU and Recommender systems.
• Build cross-sell/up-sell recommender systems using deep learning frameworks.
• Provide thought leadership and influence various aspects of the AI/ML pipeline including feature extraction, feature engineering, AI/ML model selection, training and deployment
• Develop horizontal solutions to Increase robustness of the ML model.
• To ensure that models developed and scalable and generalized to be integrated with product.
• Own full-stack technology, from data to product.
• Develop feedback system to improve the overall accuracy & precision.
• Build & Implement performance parameters aligned to the problem statement
• Working closely with the Data Engineering & Infra teams in a two-way flow of best practices.
• Work with GCP on deployment & MLOps.
• Managing ML workflows ensuring automated CI/CD capabilities are built into the workflow.
• Quickplay staff reports into offices in a hybrid capacity (i.e partially at home, and partially at the office based on role/team needs) leveraging safety protocols aligned with local public health guidelines as they relate to COVID-1+.
About You
• 5+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist with at least 3 year designing and implementing enterprise-grade ML use cases
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with shrewd business acumen.
• Able to take ownership, and thrive with minimal oversight and process.
• Passion for M&E is a plus
