What You’ll Do

• Design and implement agentic architectures for intelligent decision-making systems.
• Build, train, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Create and integrate custom tools with AI models to enhance functionality.
• Work with tools like LangChain and LangGraph to develop conversational AI
applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and craft data-driven
solutions.
• Design and create data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
• Experience: 4+ years in data science, AI model development, or related roles.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data cleaning, and machine learning
techniques.
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them for real-world applications.
• Knowledge of agent-based architectures and AI-driven decision-making systems.
• Software engineering and system design expertise.
• Experience integrating AI models into production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Strong background in optimizing AI models for efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and other conversational AI tools.
