Senior Database Administrator (DBA) for Identity Governance
Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Noida
Responsibilities:
As a member of Identity Governance team, you will assist in defining and developing practices for highly scalable Data models ,creating and managing database maintenance plan which ensures each database is properly backed up, monitored, and routine health checks performed.
You will be responsible to manage database load and performance and make recommendations to improve performance, scale, and security.
Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing Data architecture to meet changing needs.
Required:
• At least 6-15 years (IC3/IC4) experience as DBA and writing SQL queries experience.
• Strong Database Administration and PL/SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with query fine tuning, query plan reading, SQL profiler. SQL job scheduler.
• Knowledge into Oracle RDBMS high availability concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux etc
• Knowledge in NoSQL, XML and other related technologies
• Understanding of Cloud Native Technologies
• Understanding Microservices architecture, cloud, and SaaS environments
• Strong background and experience with scalability & performance
• Experience with ETL tools and pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Deep commitment to product quality and passion for excellence
• Understanding in Data design and management strategies .
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
