Job location : Bangalore/ ChandigarhExp : 6 - 8 years Job Type : Contract | C2H | PermanentNotice Period : Immediate Joiners Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Performance Analysis : - Conduct thorough performance analysis of our database systems to ideas for improvement and optimization.Query Optimization : - Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access patterns to improve performance and efficiency.Indexing and Schema Design : - Evaluate and optimize database indexing strategies and schema designs to enhance query performance and reduce latency.Troubleshooting : - Investigate and troubleshoot database performance issues, working closely with development and operations teams to implement effective solutions.Best Practices and Standards : - Define and promote best practices and standards for database performance tuning and optimization across the organization.Documentation and Training : - Document tuning strategies, optimization techniques, and best practices, and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.Qualifications :- Expertise in SQL query optimization, indexing, and schema design.- Proficiency in database performance monitoring and tuning tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. - Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases is a plus.- Proven track record of successfully optimizing the performance of large-scale database systems in production environments.
