Role Responsibilities

Strategy
Treasury Liquidity is undertaking a multi-year Liquidity programme delivering scalable solutions to upgrade the current business model.
Key elements of the programme:
• End-to-end solutions for Treasury Liquidity including integration with up and downstream systems as well as analytics layer
• Scope covering Treasury Liquidity, working with Liquidity systems and Treasury stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager cum Scrum Master with experience in project management roles, in our cross-functional agile squads, you will be ensuring the squad's understanding of agile practices, building effective interfaces with other squads and units of the Bank, setting the rhythm and promoting self-organization and maturity of squad members. You will serve as a facilitator of all agile ceremonies and be an impediment remover to ensure the squad's success.
• Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team
• Prioritise removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them
• Build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the team, by helping the team to make their work transparent, and managing change as issues arise
• Maintain the focus on customer value and outcomes and maximise flow
• Lead a continuous improvement culture, and reduction of waste
• Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in
• Help the team achieve a sustainable pace with space for innovation and learning
• Develop, monitor and communicate team reporting and metrics
• Coach the team on agile principles and practices to grow agile maturity and become resilient and high performing through coaching / mentoring and demonstration of thought leadership
• Assist in the development, planning and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team
Must Have:
• Experience in Agile delivery (specific Senior Scrum Master experience preferred) and strong Project Management delivery capabilities
• Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through road-blocks and impediments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to 'coach' teams on agile practices to support the Squad to deliver maximum business value through Sprints
• Self-assured, with the confidence to be the voice of reason & authority while maintaining a focus on Servant Leadership
• Conflict resolution skills
• Robust domain knowledge in order to understand Squad goals and output
• Promotes innovative thinking and self-development, is willing to try new things in the interests of improvement
• Strong organizational abilities while remaining flexible and persistent
• Broad understanding of Treasury Liquidity business concepts and reporting preferred but not mandatory
• Thorough understanding of Project delivery methodologies – Agile, SDLC
• Stakeholder management and communication skills covering both senior and operational levels
• Be responsible to produce traditional status reports, project plans and roadmaps
• Hands on experience in delivering Treasury changes in Tier 1 Bank or treasury department of large corporations.
• Experience in working in multicultural teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a very good standard of English (written and spoken).

• Displays personal authority, integrity and ethics.
• Exposure to business architecture principles and methods
• Successful Candidate will participate in comprehensive 2-week structured training program which will equip the Candidate with required knowledge to successfully execute their assigned scope of work.
