Senior Delivery Manager

Job Description: Role: Senior Delivery Manager A Senior Delivery Manager with good experience in Investment Banking, Asset and Wealth Management • Candidate should have 20+ years of experience in IT delivery with good experience in the BFSI domain Responsibilities: • Responsible for Delivery Management - in terms of cost, quality and timelines • Manage client, partners and other project stakeholders and proactively identify and address risks and issues • Responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of all Account activities • Responsible for customer satisfaction and relationship building • Prioritization of tasks according to business needs • Work with Delivery and Project Managers in successfully delivering the projects or services • Ensure resource gaps are addressed for the engagement - covering hiring plans, training requirements and staffing • Ensure appropriate tools, accelerators and processes are evolved and implemented for the success of the engagement • Team coordination and internal conflict resolution • Ensure escalation processes are followed to swiftly alert all the stakeholders to risks or issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken Skills, Experience and Role Expectations: • B.E./ B.Tech. or other equivalent degrees and qualifications • Should have managed large Programs or Accounts ($20 to $50mn.) with experience in all aspects – planning, execution, tracking and reporting. • Excellent skills in proactive risk and issue management • Exposure to different SDLCs, Agile experience is a must • Strong oral and written communications skills • Strong MS Office skills • Must be available to work across international time zones Job Location: Pune
