Wednesday 08:45 - 1+:45
Friday 08:45 -17:15
An additional day could be worked in depending on the candidate's preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
• Coordinate with dental staff to optimise patient flow
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical office
• Proficiency in using Software of Excellence (SOE) is essential - MUST
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Horsely Dental
• Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-focused approach
