Senior Deposit Growth Professional
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our deposit growth initiatives. As a Senior Deposit Growth Professional, you will be responsible for driving the enhancement of our customer base and increasing revenue through strategic sales and service strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute plans to grow deposit portfolios through targeted sales and service initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced customer experiences and increase customer loyalty
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Maintain deep knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes
• Liaise with product management, marketing, and other centers/verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives
Requirements
• 6+ years of banking experience, with 3-4 years in retail liabilities
• Demonstrated sales experience and exposure, preferably in liabilities products
• Qualifications: MBA, CA, CAIB
• Strong leadership skills, with a tactical approach
• Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives
