Role Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated architectural professional with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring high standards in planning, design, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project planning and design development.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Essential Skills:
• Strong proficiency in architectural project planning.
• Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings.
• Hands-on experience in site coordination and supervision.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in vendor management and procurement coordination.
• Ability to guide and train junior members of the design team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary:
5-7.5 LPA (depending upon scale of project handled in previous job)
